POLICY

Digital Products are non-refundable as well as our physical products which are candles, pillows, mugs, t-shirts, notebooks, and etc. PLEASE NOTE once purchased we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.

All wigs are custom machine made to order you are required to pay full price for all wigs if for any reason you need the wig and you don't have the funds available you are required to pay a deposit and a invoice will be created for you to sign and date in order to start on your order. Once your order is fulfilled you are required to pay the remainder of the order total at the time of pickup (local customers only within 10 miles).

All fraudulent transactions will be prosecuted. Boujee Grl Way LLC, has the rights to refuse service/products if not handled by return policy.

**SHIPPING**

After purchase of “Bss Grl Taught You” or our mentorship program. You will be emailed a "Thank You" letter along with start date for mentorship/academy subscription as well as a contract agreement within 24-48hrs after purchase that requires a signature before your trial begins.

Shipping on all fulfilled orders is shipped out within 2-3 business days after processing orders will be delivered to you in approximately 3-5 business days WITH STANDARD SHIPPING ONLY!

**All wig orders are shipped after order is customized upon order placed, once order is placed it takes up to two business days for processing, and once the order reaches the processing time period the order is shipped out.**

Digital products such as eBooks, courses, checklist, etc. These products are not shipped they will be emailed to the email you provided upon purchase.

REFUNDS

You will be eligible for a refund 48 Hours after purchase ONLY for mentorship program (AFTERPAY IS NOT REFUNDABLE) Once "Bss Grl Taught You" /any mentorship program begins no refunds will be issued.

All wigs' orders are non-refundable. If for any reason your order is cancelled due to time frame, or any other reason be advised that there is a processing time per policy.

Be advised that per square policy. There full refund time frame typically takes 2-7 business days. Once the refund is processed and sent to your card issuer bank. It can take up to 2-7 business days (depending on the bank processing speeds) to post to your account.
